It's designed to help your frontline supervisors build leadership skills that can drive results and foster teams to keep and energize your employees. The thing that sets us apart from other leadership training is that we offer both training and coaching in one program.
A one-off leadership equips leaders with a map, but we ensure that leaders can navigate the terrain. We combine eight hours of training focused on leadership soft skills with three months of personalized coaching to navigate real-world issues as they arise. This way, we not only hone the leadership soft skills, but also work on management skills involving process improvement, meeting targets, problem-solving, and organization. This course is paced to help new leaders grow steadily and apply what they’ve learned in real time. It’s designed for supervisors in any industry—and it works.

Coaching by Design
Luck by Design offers 6-month and 3-month individual coaching packages, custom group coaching packages, and just-in-time coaching for those experiencing a single issue or who are not ready to commit to a multi-month package. Coaching is typically done virtually, and we accommodate clients from any time zone.
