Leadership Launchpad
Did you know that supervisors play a huge role – about 70 percent – in how engaged employees feel? That's why we are creating Leadership Launchpad. It's designed to help your newest supervisors build leadership skills that can drive results and foster teams to keep and energize your employees. The thing that sets us apart from other leadership training is that we offer both training and coaching in one program.
We start by teaching vital leadership skills during four, two-hour sessions followed by three months of coaching to ensure lasting results. We are finalizing the curriculum and will be accepting students in fall 2025.
