Luck by Design offers tailored team building programs and events exclusively for businesses in our local community and surrounding areas. We focus on in-person experiences, as we don't find virtual team building effective. We are open to work with organizations outside of our area; however, travel expenses will be billed separately at cost.
Wine and Align.
This two-hour event is a customized, quick refocus that will enhance relationships, drive productivity, and increase engagement. We conduct pre-interviews to discover your most admired team members, your biggest challenges, and how people honestly feel about your organization's direction. We then use our findings, your strategy, and your goals for the event to facilitate this fun, interactive session. This is one-of-a-kind, created just for you. The Discovery Session
Our imagination meets your need in this tailored brainstorming session. Maybe you want to get to the root of a problem and generate solutions. Maybe you want to get the creative juices flowing for development of a new product or service. Maybe you recently experienced hurdles or growth and want to learn from those events while it’s still fresh. Whatever your need, we can customize a session (or several) to get you there.

Good Ole Team Fun
This session is perfect for team bonding with no other agenda. We will cultivate a positive and energetic atmosphere where team members can interact informally, build morale, and simply enjoy each other's company through engaging and fun activities.

Of note, our team building events are designed with a coaching approach at their heart. This means you and your team remain the true experts on your unique situation. Unlike consulting, we're not here to tell you what to do or propose solutions. Instead, our focus is on creating a space for meaningful conversations, sparking creative ideas, and guiding productive discussions – even when navigating healthy disagreements.
