Leadership Launchpad: From Team Member to Team Leader

Tired of training that doesn’t stick? You’re not alone. Too often, motivated leaders attend a workshop, come back fired up—and within weeks, that energy fades. So does the impact. And so does your investment.

Leadership Launchpad is built to change that.

We combine eight hours of training focused on leadership soft skills with three months of personalized coaching to navigate real-world issues as they arise. This way, we not only hone the leadership soft skills, but also work on management skills involving process improvement, meeting targets, problem-solving, and organization. This course is paced to help new leaders grow steadily and apply what they’ve learned in real time. It’s designed for supervisors in any industry—and it works.

Think of it this way: a one-off training gives you a road map.

Our program helps your leaders actually navigate the terrain—with support, accountability, and real-world application every step of the way.

This isn’t just a class. It’s a long-term investment in the people who shape your teams, your culture, and your bottom line.
